As a Marketing leader, I have spent nearly 20 years helping international businesses and scale-ups across Europe grow through Marketing that connects strategy with execution. Throughout my career, I have built strategies, led teams, launched innovations, and brought clarity and direction where it was needed most. Because in the end, Marketing should do one thing above all else: move the business forward.
Over time, I consciously moved toward B2B Marketing because you can truly move the needle. It is highly strategic, long-term focused, and often gives you the opportunity to build a brand from the ground up.
For me, Branding is the foundation of everything. When positioning is clear, decisions become easier, teams align better, and communication becomes more effective. A strong brand builds trust, creates a competitive edge, and fuels long-term growth. Because, let’s be honest, even the best products don’t sell themselves.
That combination of strategy, branding, and execution is exactly what I enjoy most. I often step into situations where Marketing feels scattered, disconnected, and done ad-hoc. Bringing structure, connecting teams, creating long-term direction, and positioning Marketing as a real business driver instead of “just communication” is a big part of what I do.
For me, the strongest Marketing is clear, focused, and consistent across all touchpoints.
Having lived and worked in multiple countries and experienced different cultures shaped how I see business, markets, and people. It taught me to adapt quickly, simplify complexity, find (creative) solutions and stay curious.
I bring energy and a positive push forward. I don’t sit still for long, I don’t believe in unnecessary formality, and I have a strong “let’s do it” mentality. As hard as it is sometimes, but done is better than perfect.
