Above all, a devoted father and husband. 'Family first' is my all-time motto, which I also run with when I speak with friends, candidates, clients, or colleagues. Just asked them. 

I am hTWORG's go-to-expert when we are tasked to redesign an organization, identify the right talent, or when we, unlike other consultants, don't want to stop at recommending a profile to our Customers but want to deliver them the right talent for the new role we just identified. Oh, yes, we really search, find, and onboard your next colleague, not just give you fancy advice and profiles. 

I work as an executive headhunter primarily on senior executive and specialist searches and as an organization strategist for start-ups and international companies regardless of industry or geography. I have over twenty-five years of professional experience in branding, communication strategies, employer branding, executive headhunting, organization strategies, and mind-challenging sessions. (And a bit of sales, of course, as I must sell services to clients, positions to candidates, candidates to clients – have you ever thought that the real executive search is actually a sales process?) 

I love Seneca's quote: "We suffer more often in our imagination than in reality." I wonder why we are always ready to suffer and not ready to ask for help. Why is vulnerability such a taboo? You can expect more help from me than you think, but also bold, challenging questions. I really like to stir the pot. But I also like to find a state of balance where each player feels comfortable in their role.

And as a person? Well, I am definitely not a typical man, according to my daughter and son. As they say, I don't watch or speak about F1 or football like most fathers do. But I like chick moves, love the big family chats around the dinner table, read over 20 books a year, do various extreme sports, run marathons, and I am increasingly addicted to coffee and travel.
